Quantum Web Studios FAQs

Starter Landing Page and Essential Web Package: First draft is typically ready in about 1 week, and may extend up to 2 weeks depending on workload and client response time.

If revisions are extensive or approvals are delayed, timelines can extend—many competitors take up to 1–2 months depending on scope and client turnaround.

Growth Accelerator and Enterprise projects are custom builds and do not have a fixed timeline. Delivery depends on scope, features, and revision rounds.
Custom work means anything outside our standard template structure, including custom layouts, custom code/HTML/CSS/JS, advanced integrations, membership/subscription setups, databases, or advanced e-commerce requirements.

Because custom scope can vary widely, custom projects do not have guaranteed timelines.
Custom website projects typically take between 60 to 90 days.

This applies to builds where we’re not using a pre-built template and instead are creating custom layouts, custom code, advanced integrations, or unique functionality.

Final timelines depend on scope, revision rounds, and client response time for approvals and content.
Clients are responsible for setting up and completing verification for their payment processors (Stripe or any other processor).

We can build your site with a Stripe-compliant structure and checkout flow, but processor-side identity verification, PIN steps, and underwriting requests must be completed by the client.
For Starter and Essential packages, we typically include setup for up to 3 products.

Additional products, images, or content updates can be handled by the client, included under a monthly management plan, or completed by our team at $100/hour.

For larger builds like Growth Accelerator and Enterprise, product volume may be included based on the package scope (example: up to 50 products for Growth, up to 200 for Enterprise).
This plan includes monthly checks, performance reviews, and general updates, including:
  • Fix broken links, errors, or images
  • Update content and images (as provided by the client)
  • Monitor uptime, backups, and security
  • Ensure integrations remain functional
  • Email support for site issues

Client update requests are completed in the order they’re received. We do not guarantee same-day changes, but we move quickly based on the active queue.
After purchase, you’ll receive a link to our Web Branding Form. Once the form is completed, our team will schedule a meeting to help you purchase hosting and a domain (if needed) and confirm the build plan.

We typically prefer Squarespace, but in some cases we may be able to work on other platforms such as Wix or WordPress.

The Web Branding Form includes a section to enter your branding details (business name, colors, preferred style, etc.) and upload any logos or assets you already have.

If you don’t have branding assets yet, we can use AI-assisted starter branding to help get things moving fast—you can always update or refine branding later.

Tip: The biggest timeline factor is client response time for approvals, content, and any payment processor verification steps.

Social Media Management FAQs

Our core platforms are typically Instagram, Facebook Pages, and TikTok. Your exact platforms depend on the plan you choose.

If you need a platform outside the plan (example: YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.), we can create a custom subscription and send an invoice based on your needs.
We don’t begin posting next-day content immediately after purchase. Your content must be created and prepared first.

Our team typically creates content at least one week in advance—and depending on your plan and content volume, we may build out most or all of the month ahead of time.

This ensures consistent posting and allows time for review, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Yes. We prepare content in advance and send it for review. Once approved (or once we receive your feedback), we schedule it to post on the planned days.

The faster approvals are returned, the faster we can publish and scale output.
Yes—depending on your plan, we can create short-form video (Reels/TikToks/Shorts).

For some businesses, we may ask you to provide long-form video content (or raw clips) so we can chop it into multiple short videos—especially when your niche benefits from real footage, face-to-camera, product demos, or behind-the-scenes content.

Tip: Content is produced in advance and scheduled after review—client approvals and source content (especially for video) are the biggest factors in how fast we can ramp up.
