Our failures are on us
If something we built breaks, we fix it and it costs you nothing. Repairs never come out of your included support time. Your hours are for new work, not our defects.
How support works

Support runs through the chat in your dashboard, and every package includes weekly expert time for adjustments, training and improvements. Monitoring, backups and repairs to anything we built never count against your hours.
Guaranteed human response
Request a call and a real person gets back to you, usually right away and never more than 24 hours on business days. Someone who knows how your system was built.
Per hour beyond your allowance
Billed in 30 minute increments and always authorized by you in writing before we start. Nothing gets billed that you did not agree to.

Is this replacing my employees?
No. QIH absorbs the repetitive coordination and administrative work, the kind you would otherwise hire for or pull good people off real work to handle. During discovery we define exactly what runs on its own, what routes to a person for approval, and what stays entirely human led.
What decisions can the AI operators make on their own?
Whatever you authorize, and nothing else. Low risk, repeatable actions run automatically. Financial commitments, sensitive communications, personnel matters and anything with real consequence get routed to you for approval. Those boundaries are written down during implementation and you can change them at any time.
How does billing work?
You pay for the build up front. Your weekly service rate does not start until your system is live and handed over to you. Weekly is the standard; monthly billing is available on request during onboarding.
What happens if we cancel?
After the three month minimum the agreement continues week to week and can be ended any time with 30 days' written notice. You keep your business data, your website, your CRM configuration and your documentation. Your AI operators and anything running on our cloud infrastructure stop when the service stops.
How long until we are live?
Typically 6 to 7 weeks from purchase for Launch and Growth. Command and Enterprise are scoped individually. Timelines can move if we are waiting on access credentials, assets, or approvals from your side.
